Nouveau produit software CAM 350 PDF Print E-mail

Micron 20 a acheté la dernière version 10.0 du programme informatique professionnel “CAM350” de "TRIAS microelectronics" – représentant de "Downstream Technologies" pour la Bulgarie.

"CAM350" représente le lien entre les fichiers de départ GERBER et EXCELLON soumis par les clients et le procès de production.

Queslques-unes des capacitiés de "CAM350" sont les suivantes:

  • Import et export manuel et automatique des fichiers GERBER, EXCELLON et Sieb&Meyer, des tableaux apertures
  • Import d’autres formats vecteur graphiques comme DXF, HPGL, ODB++
  • Donne d’information sur les éléments de base du programme topologique
  • Rédaction des données
  • Vérification des valeurs critiques
  • Ajustement et panélisation
  • Optimisation des données
  • Création et rédaction de programmes de perçage et de fraisage
  • Export de netlist /IPC-D-356A/

New "Microcraft" tester PDF Print E-mail

We bought and successfully started second „flying probe” tester from Japan company “Microcraft”, model EM5141.

This model is more precise and faster than EL6146MS. The test is full like in first model. This tester will help us to increase the quality of prototypes and small series PCB produced in the company, regardless of complexity.

The normal production time has been shorten from 4 weeks to 3 weeks, without price changing, thanks to optimizing production cycle.
